We’ve spent countless hours developing and refining our products - we know you’ll love them. However, we understand this might be your first time buying from us. We want you to feel 100% comfortable in your purchase, so your order is covered in-full by our Ladybird Guarantee. If you aren’t happy with any product you buy from us, let us know within 60 days of purchase by contacting us at info@theladybirdcompany.com. We’ll confirm your order, then provide you instructions to return your product to us. Once we receive it, we’ll give you a 100% refund. It’s that simple!

Here is how it works: 

1. Contact our customer service team by emailing info@theladybirdcompany.com. One of our customer concierge associates will help you with the return address and provide the RMA (Return Merchandise authorization number). Return the unused portion of your product, the original invoice that came with your product (if you don't have that please indicate your name and email you order your product with so we can attempt to look it up) and your RMA#. We must receive the return within 60 days from the date you originally purchased the item, for the refund to be valid.


2. It is your responsibility to pay the return postage and we recommend you send it with tracking or delivery confirmation to expedite the process and avoid delays. Note: we must receive the product(s) within 60 days from the date you originally purchased the item, for the refund to be valid.


3. The charges (excluding shipping and handling fees) are fully refundable. We really want you to be satisfied, but we must adhere to these guidelines in order to be fair and consistent.


4. We offer our money back guarantee on your most recent Auto-Order.


5. Last but not least, empty product packages can only be returned if adequate time has passed that would allow you to consume the product as directed. We want to be fair, but we can't refund a 6 months worth of empty packages after 1 month. We want to be fair with you and hope you will be fair with us too. It usually takes a week to process your package, and another 7 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) for a bank (debit card) or credit card company to refund to your card or bank account (debit card).
